Health Without Interruption from Work
On the personal initiative of the company owners, Pavlo Fediuk and Khrystyna Fediuk, a significant new tradition has been established: conducting comprehensive medical check-ups directly at the workplace. The main goal of the project is to provide every employee with the opportunity to check their health without spending time traveling to hospitals or waiting in lines.
"We understand how precious our people's time is. Finding the opportunity to visit a laboratory on weekdays can be challenging. That is why we decided to bring medicine to them. This is our way of thanking the team for their dedication and daily hard work," note Pavlo and Khrystyna Fediuk.
Scale and Impact: 280 Colleagues Examined
This year’s "Health Week" was impressive in its scale. Thanks to precise logistics and the high level of health awareness among the staff, 280 production employees underwent a full medical examination.
This is not just a dry statistic — it represents 280 of our colleagues who received professional consultations and peace of mind regarding their health. Such a high level of engagement demonstrates the deep trust between the team and the management.
